Successful event in Kirovsk!
Close to 80 participants from all four countries in the Barents region gathered to develop old and new contacts in Kirovsk 23 April 2008.
Representatives from hotels, tour-operators, conference- and event organizers, transport companies, local, regional and national authorities participated in the matchmaking.
The prescheduled matchmaking offered six meeting opportunities within the program. Close to 80 prebooked, and lot of spontaneous business meetings was held during the event.
The overall impression from the outcome is that most of the participants found useful contacts and that many international business opportunities, contacts and projects will take place after the event.

How does it work?
The matchmaking event is based on working methods of finding business partners. The events consist of three parts, pre-booked face-to-face meetings, seminar and social gathering.
For the pre-booked meetings you’ll get the
opportunity to choose among the participating companies the ones you would like to meet. Through our booking system all the requests are transferred into an efficient meeting schedule. You and your business partners will meet in 25-minute meetings.
During the seminars you’ll meet leading and interesting entrepreneurs sharing ideas, knowledge and experience.
Our social gathering and evening program gives good opportunities of “breaking the ice” and develop new contacts.
These two days offers you the possibility of contacts with potential business partners in an efficient and effective way. You’ll be able to meet a great number of other enterprises in pre-booked personal meetings.
Experience from previous events show that companies have great value of the meetings.
